IT Service Management - Setup fee
The one-time setup fee includes all expenses that Swisscom or its partner charge for setting up the service. These include inventory, configuring and adjusting BNS, installing the monitoring software on any hardware, setting up the active directories, configuring laptops, connecting to printers, etc.
