IT service management forms the basis for IT operations. You state which SLAs you want, define how often on-site visits are to take place, how many users, computers and other devices are to be supported, and whether you operate servers on-site. Furthermore, you decide whether you would like a fast response time and whether all on-site service is included in the offer. We differentiate between Package S (Mo-Fr 8 am-5 pm), Package M (Mo-Fr 8 am-7 pm, Sa 8 am-5 pm) and Package L (Mo-Sa 6 am-10 pm).
